Capital Realty was founded in 2006 By Chad Blostone (Broker) and Chad Tornabeni. Capital Realty primarily focuses on residential Real Estate but has worked in acquisitions of Land, apartment complexes, multi-family and commercial properties.

I have been an Agent and part owner of Capital Realty for over 6 years and active in Real Estate for over 7. I relocated to Arizona over 7 years ago from Virginia where I grew up and received a Bachelors Degree from Virginia Tech in marketing and a minor in Management.
I have a different approach to Real Estate than many agents out there… I always have and will look at Real Estate as in investment and when working with clients, I look at each deal as if I were buying it for myself. My goal as an Agent is to provide clients with the resources, information and education necessary to make a well informed and logical decision in choosing an area, a price range and the location of a home.
